What do AI training and business consulting cover?
Two things that usually go together. The training side is practical AI lessons: what the tools can and can't do, how to ask for useful answers, how to use AI safely with company data, and workflows built around each role so your team can put them to work that week.
The consulting side is time on the business itself. That covers marketing strategy, operations and day-to-day process, growth planning, choosing tools and vendors, and setting an AI policy your team will actually follow. Bring the questions you've been sitting on. We answer them with what we see working across our client work.
What formats do you offer?
Group workshops get a whole team learning together, in a single session or a short series. One-on-one sessions suit owners and leaders who want to go deep on their own business. Ongoing monthly advisory gives you a standing slot with our team for the questions that come up as you grow.
Every format runs in person around Tampa Bay or virtually anywhere, and every session is built around your business, your tools, and how comfortable your team already is with technology. Nobody sits through a generic slide deck.
Training or done-for-you: which do we need?
Start here if you want your team to understand AI and run it themselves. If you'd rather we build the automations and wire them into your systems, that's our AI Enablement service. A common path is training first, then a build once your team knows exactly what it wants automated.
